Your invitation

We invite our members, partners and supporters to attend our Annual General Meeting which is being held on Wednesday 9 October 2024, from 2pm – 3pm, via Zoom. The meeting should last no more than an hour.

Please join us to hear about our work over the last 12 months and our future plans.

To register to attend

To register, please fill in the registration form with your details. Meeting papers and instructions on how to join the session will be sent to everyone who registers one week prior to the event.

Unable to attend?

Members who are unable to attend have the right to appoint a proxy to vote on their behalf. If you are a member who wishes to do this, please tick the relevant box on the registration form and we will send you papers and a proxy form to complete and return ahead of the meeting.
