This event is being held during the ACRE Network Village Halls Week 2025 (17 - 23 March), an annual campaign to shine a spotlight on the contribution that England’s 10,000+ village halls make to rural communities.
About this event
The event will bring together trustees and volunteers from across the county’s network of village halls to celebrate their hard work and to thank them for their efforts in providing wonderful spaces for their communities to enjoy.

What should I expect from the conference?
The event will:
- allow Cambridgeshire ACRE to thank and publicly recognise the trustees and volunteers for all they do in their communities.
- allow trustees and volunteers time to network to share experiences.
- look at the future of our support for community buildings.
- encourage more halls to consider applying for the Hallmark accreditation.

This conference will be of interest to village hall and community building trustees, staff / volunteers and local authority staff.
The conference is free to attend for community building trustees, staff and volunteers, with a small charge of £20 + VAT per person for local authority representatives. You will be invoiced for this upon confirmation of your booking.
